My journey began at the University of Vienna, where I studied Nutrition Science and Public Health from 2005 to 2010.
During my studies, I wrote an extensive thesis examining the impact of nutrients and physical activity on obesity and overweight — with a particular focus on long-term metabolic health and sustainable lifestyle strategies.
From early on, one truth became clear:
Your body is not separate from your success.
It is the foundation of it.
After completing my degree, I expanded my creative path as a fashion designer, traveling frequently between Austria and Lagos, Nigeria — my city of birth. These travels exposed me to a deeply concerning pattern: widespread misinformation around nutrition, obesity, and abdominal fat.
The myths surrounding overweight — especially central obesity — were not only medically dangerous but culturally normalised.
What troubled me most was this:
Many people invest more in material success than in their own physical wellbeing — forgetting that the body is the only vehicle through which dreams can be realized.
Your health is not optional.
It is your most valuable performance asset.
In 2016, I launched my YouTube channel Eat Right Africa to address this gap in awareness.
I could no longer stay silent with the knowledge I had acquired through years of academic training and professional practice.
The mission was simple:
To shift the mindset around food, health, and lifestyle in African communities — from short-term dieting to long-term sustainable living.
Despite the demanding schedule of my fashion career, I consistently produced educational content focused on:
Balanced nutrition
Healthier food preparation methods
Sustainable weight management
The psychology of eating
Physical activity as a lifelong commitment
For me, knowledge only becomes powerful when it is shared.
My work as a nutritionist and health coach shaped the way I coach today.
I supported clients through successful weight-loss journeys — but more importantly, I helped them transform their mindset.
Because sustainable change does not come from restrictive diets.
It comes from identity shifts.
Clients learned to see balanced nutrition and physical activity not as temporary fixes — but as a way of life.
Today, this holistic perspective informs my work as a Life and Career Coach.
Peak performance, leadership clarity, emotional resilience, and professional growth are deeply connected to:
Physical wellbeing
Mental discipline
Self-awareness
Long-term consistency
Health is not separate from career success.
It fuels it.
If you are looking for a Life and Career Coach who understands:
The science of sustainable health
The psychology of behavioral change
The connection between wellbeing and performance
The importance of disciplined self-leadership
You are in the right place.
True transformation is holistic.
And it starts with how you treat the body that carries your ambition.
