As a Life and Career Coach, my work goes beyond professional growth. It is rooted in responsibility, generosity, and community; values deeply shaped by my Yorùbá heritage and lived experience as an Austrian-African leader.
Coaching, to me, is not just about career clarity or leadership development. It is about empowering individuals to thrive while contributing to something greater than themselves.
In Yorùbá culture, generosity is not optional — it is a moral and spiritual responsibility.
Sharing time, knowledge, resources, and care is considered a sign of strong character. Adults support younger generations, sponsor education, and care for elders. Service is not charity — it is solidarity.
This cultural foundation shapes how I approach my coaching practice today.
As a Life and Career Coach, I believe success should never be isolated. Personal growth becomes meaningful when it strengthens families, communities, and future generations.
I strongly believe that each of us has what it takes to make a difference in our communities. Corporate social responsibility starts with personal social responsibility. Philanthropy is not a topic reserved only for millionaires and corporations.
Since 2012, I have been committed to impacting lives by transforming available tangible, or intangible resources to funds or products that meet the needs of children and women in underprivileged communities.
Ten percent of every coaching fee is allocated to one or both of the Africa-based NGOs I am honoured to support. My connection to these organisations is deeply personal: I know their founders directly and have seen the meaningful, life-changing work they are advancing in the communities they serve. To uphold the highest standards of integrity and transparency, you will receive evidence of the donation made through your coaching investment.
The Two NGOs that receive a tenth of your coaching investment are Bbanga Project and Kids With a Vision Foundation (K-WAVF).
Bbanga Project was founded in 2014 by Sani Hassan Hayatbakhsh. It is officially registered in Uganda, Austria, and Germany.
Bbanga Project is dedicated to providing children, youth, and their families on Uganda’s Ssese Islands with better access to education and broader opportunities. The goal is to strengthen local communities and support a self‑determined future for children, crafting a world where the children of today can support generations that follow. In 2024, Bbanga project received donations to pay school fees for a child on Ssese Island for 28 months.
K-WAVF is a foundation that is focused on raising orphans and vulnerable children in crisis communities in Northern Nigeria. It is based in Jos, Plateau state, and was founded by Grace Adams Solomon in 2006, and is officially registered in Nigeria. Because you chose me as your coach, more than two years of rent was raised for K-WAVF in 2024, and a year’s rent in 2026.
As a proud Austrian-African, I am deeply passionate about advancing education and empowering children and women across Africa. I am committed to shaping the future of the African child through contributions that may be quiet yet profound, or bold and far-reaching in their impact. To support causes so deeply aligned with my values is among the most meaningful and fulfilling pursuits of my life. With heartfelt gratitude, I want you to know that when you choose me as your coach, your decision extends far beyond personal transformation, it becomes part of a wider legacy of hope, empowerment, and possibility.
